This app and it's support is awful. I had to send 3 messages before I even got a reply, and even then sent 4 more messages with no follow up. Now I learned that apparently it doesn't even work with Etsy orders anymore so they've been doing nothing but wasting my time. If you're trying to use this with Etsy, DON'T EVEN BOTHER
Thanks for your feedback, When connecting with Etsy we have a notification to advise of the changes Etsy has made to its shipping policy. As a result, Shopify Marketplace Connect does not have access to order data for new merchant connections, making it impossible for Etsy orders to be sent to Shopify. Please note that existing connections are not affected by this change. Nikki
