The app does not import pending orders from Amazon anymore. Support team says it's because Amazon changed the way they process orders and therefore, the app cannot import the orders until they are confirmed by Amazon. However, it should be possible, as the option to import pending orders from Amazon is still available on the app. We kindly request the development team to work on making this function available again, as it is possible to sync the pending orders (there other apps currently doing it). The app is good, but the support team is not helpful and the fact that it has an available option to choose from that does not work, makes the app not worthy, unfortunately.
Thanks for your review, We would like to investigate this concern further, but to do so, we need the app to be reinstalled. This is the only case we have recorded for this particular issue to date. We have reached out directly, Nikki
