I had a great experience with the Massy app and its customer support. Max, who assisted me, was extremely patient and took a lot of time to help me with my concerns. He was very friendly and made sure I fully understood everything. There was a small issue with my theme, but the team is already working on a solution, which I really appreciate. Their commitment to helping customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly is impressive. Overall, I highly recommend the app for both its functionality and outstanding support!

This app is awesome, we are a new business and have struggled to find a wholesale solution to meet our needs. The customer service is fast and responsive, Grace was amazing! She was able to follow the conversation, understand my needs, and went a step further and jumped on a call to ensure there were no miscommunications. That alone deserves 5 stars! Think about it, how many times have you experienced the nightmare of miscommunication with chat? She also has a great command of the English language. I highly recommend this app.
