The app has added some needed features for our shop, and has proven to be very beneficial. It's been a game changer with the features it offers. Definitely worth the addition. Not only that, but their support team has been amazing to work with. I have worked with Brad, Macie, and Peony for all of my queries. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and informative.

Excellent support & great team to work with! I’ve had a really positive experience with this app, especially because of the amazing support team. Macie, Peony, and Brad have been incredibly helpful in every situation where I faced issues. They were always polite, patient, and very professional in their communication. I requested some specific changes to better fit my workflow. The team quickly implemented one of my requests, and the other one has been added to their feature request list for a future update. I really appreciate how seriously they take user feedback. It’s rare to find a support team that not only responds quickly but also genuinely tries to understand your needs and provide solutions. I'm loving the app so far. It's been easy to set up - user friendly. Clearer than a couple of other wholesale apps I have tried first for sure. I did have a small issue whilst setting up as I didn't understand a setting and customer service was very helpful in a timely way sorting it out for me - thank you to Hana, Brad and Macie. Even though I have barely launched my wholesale I'm excited to put this app into use. Thank you so much! ♥
