Our experience so far has been great. Some of the features aren't super intuitive but everything we need is there and the support staff is super quick to point you in the right direction or help with customizations. This app has a lot more features than the others we tried. We're very happy.

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.

I definitely can recommend Massy B2B app to anyone looking to offer a different price for their wholesale customers. The features in the app do appear limited at first but once you dig in you realize how powerful it actually is. I reached out to their support on a few occasions because the features were not always working exactly as I wanted/needed them to. Sylvia from support was INCREDIBLY responsive and along with their development team so very helpful. Very customized customer service experience.

Good experience! Peony and Sylvia were so helpful! Great customer support and I really like how customizeable the wholesale price tables are. I was able to match the colour to my brand colour.

I can't believe this app is free still. Many useful features to run B2B operations. Amazing support as well. Mary has been so helpful in answering and troubleshooting some basic setup.

I installed the Massy B2B Wholesale Pricing app yesterday after having some difficulty with a competing product. The installation was quick and easy and I could see discount pricing immediately. I did have an issue with product pricing on one of my pages and reached out to the support team. Everyone I worked with was friendly and effective.
