Massy is great in terms of adding easy contact forms, setting up the email notifications, pricing variations, and customizing all of that too. It made a complex task of "connecting the dots" into a very easy process. Customer support has been fantastic! Macie has been very generous with time and support today, for the first day of launching live - so far, so good; very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Macie and Massy Team!

So far it's great. I was looking for a simple option to integrate wholesale and unique pricing and this worked perfectly. At first, the pricing didn't display correctly, but I sent a chat message and within hours they asked to be added as a Collaborator, went into the account to see what needed to be updated, and made the change within 24 hours. Pretty amazing development team!

Incredible Customer Service and it works just how I would have hoped! And even better honestly! We have different customer bases that require different prices and it makes it super easy, clear to see, and accessible for all customers to order from the same listing, but with their custom pricing. Customer Service and Technical team was also quick and helped me get a $/Unit price as we sell packs of items and they added it pronto! Thank you!

Sehr guter Support und eine hervorragende App. Kann alles was wir für den Verkauf an Großkunden benötigen. Anpassung von Preise auf Kundenebene, Anpassen von Versandkosten usw. Die Preisanzeige (MwSt. etc.) ist für den deutschen Markt etwas schwierig, aber hier wurde uns durch den Support erstklassig geholfen. Weiter so!

At the moment, the application does everything I needed, and possibly even more- I haven’t had the chance to test all of its features yet. So far, I’m very satisfied both with how the app works and with the technical support. I received a lot of support and help with the configuration. Ps. It would be worth improving the FAQ regarding the timer I mentioned. If it had been described there, I probably wouldn’t have needed to ask additional questions. Thanks
