if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that one item just didn't even make it to me i have uploaded so many items and invested so much time that it now breaks my heart to remove all their items and start fresh. does any one know of any supplier that carry the same brands as Matterhorn?
