Matterhorn Dropshipping

One of the worse supplier i have. i worked with over 3 years and at the beginning it was great. the products were being sent to the cusotmer ASAP and payment are done and all. but then after reopening and having contract with them the new company that took over didn't answer any of our email over 50 emails. we had to close our shot. Refund over 29,000 Euros to our Customers. this is a total scam now. don't trust them.

I just received a return from a customer in which they also returned the packing slip that Matterhorn enclosed with the order — which DID NOT list my business name. It was the VAT Invoice that listed my PERSONAL NAME, my PERSONAL ADDRESS, MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE ORDER. I am pissed!!! This is not the only drop shipping order I’ve placed with them, and just the thought that they may have been this careless all this time infuriates me. Plus, they sometimes accept fulfillment requests, then cancels it. Then I have to refund the customer, but they don’t refund me my money, they let it sit there until the next order is placed and apply it as a credit. Update Aug 5th - this is the unacceptable response I just received from Matterhorn, no apologies for including my personal information, just this: "This invoice relates to order 86046, which was shipped via FedEx. When FedEx is selected as the shipping carrier, a copy of the invoice must be included with the shipment, as this is a FedEx requirement. For shipments sent with other courier services, invoices are not included in the package." 1. They select the shipping carrier, not you. So if it's a drop shipping business and they know this, WHY would they select Fedex and include your personal information?? Raise of hands if you think Fedex is opening boxes to make sure they've included our personal information with the order, and then re-sealing the box like nothing every happened. 2. Their website says they do not include VAT invoices with your drop ship orders to your customers - and yet they do! So they lie on their site. 3. All of your personal information including your name, home address, selected payment and what you paid for the items will be included on the invoice since they do not seem to understand the difference between a customer invoice and a business owner's invoice. 4. Their shipping rates are astronomical! Sometimes costing more than the item itself. You will not make a profit unless you jack your prices up unreasonably. I am going to have to start removing their products from my store . . . and I am so dismayed a the thought of it because they carry some nice items and the amount of WORK that goes into editing their items is A LOT OF WORK!! They don't include product titles that you can use, so you have to come up with your own. And, many products don't always have descriptions either. Their price setting does't work perfectly either. I have to edit every price of every item (and I have thousands) because there will be a mix of prices for different variants, regardless of the price settings you set it may only update a few variants and not the others. I can't believe how much work I have put into carrying and advertising their stuff and now I have to undo it all and find another supplier that carries those types of clothing. It makes me want to cry.

if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that one item just didn't even make it to me i have uploaded so many items and invested so much time that it now breaks my heart to remove all their items and start fresh. does any one know of any supplier that carry the same brands as Matterhorn? I'm trying to place an order but no response for 5 days. Tried to contact them everywhere. Their Whatsapp number on their Facebook page is fake. It seems that this company isn't operating. MONTHS OF WORK TO CREATE A STORE WASTED BY THIS FAKE SUPPLIER!

I had a serious issue with this company called Matterhorn, a company based in Europe handling badly our dropshipping services. An order was placed and the customer paid for express shipping hoping the product can be shipped within the right amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The customer continues to complain and follow-up with us to know what's going on with their order. The worst, the customer's order was placed on paid status for more than 10 days with zero tracking number. Finally, after several exhausted contacts that I made, they finally sent a tracking number, but still useless as the customer already so mad and very unsatisfied. We are now more than 30 days since the order was placed. My customer decided to give up and I had to refund the money. In addition, Matterhorn people are so unresponsive and irresponsible since the date the order was placed and do not return email. Basically, they stole the money and my customer never receive the product to this day. Please do not do any business with Matterhorn Wholesale because they will NOT fulfill your order and worst they will not respond to any email. It was a total waste of time and money. They are a horrible company! Please stay away!

Well, you have great products, but unfortunately, the app is very slow and has many technical issues. A few days ago, I placed an order (Order #79431), and it's been 4 days without any response to my email. I received an email saying that the order has been shipped, but there is no shipping update on Shopify. I hope you will respond soon and fix these issues. I really like your products, but the technical problems are frustrating. Once the app improves and I receive proper updates, I’ll be happy to change my review!!!!!!

The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.
