No Shrinking Violet US review for Matterhorn Dropshipping

I just received a return from a customer in which they also returned the packing slip that Matterhorn enclosed with the order — which DID NOT list my business name. It was the VAT Invoice that listed my PERSONAL NAME, my PERSONAL ADDRESS, MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE ORDER. I am pissed!!! This is not the only drop shipping order I’ve placed with them, and just the thought that they may have been this careless all this time infuriates me. Plus, they sometimes accept fulfillment requests, then cancels it. Then I have to refund the customer, but they don’t refund me my money, they let it sit there until the next order is placed and apply it as a credit.
