This business is absolutely terrible. I ordered on the 16th October 2025. no sign of my order for my customer. after several, several emails, I received an email today FINALLY with a tracking number (that i already had) that I can track my parcel and the link !! I am well aware of the tracking number …been looking at it for 22 days now. whilst I understand Poland to Ireland may take time !!! but 22 days is a joke! STUCK HERE SINCE 27TH OCTOBER !! AND NO MOVEMENT! 27 Oct 2025 10:15 INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT. DEPARTURE THE HAGUE, 2491 DA, NL Its an absolute shame your back end system and delivery system is an absolute disaster because your clothes are nice! but in this day and age with transport and the world being so connected 22 days is not acceptable. !!! Shein and Temu don't even be that long and they are supposed to be a disaster (according to some) !! nope they are much more organised and shipping is spot on !!! so here we are the 7th of November and I still have no idea where this parcel is !!! or when it will be delivered. would not recommend this company unless you want to close your business !!!

Une marque qui n'inspire aucune confiance. ils vous abondonne quand vous avez un probleme technique . 2 mois d'attente pour obtenir une reponse "Svp soyez patiente nous allons traiter votre demande " quand vous lancez une commance chez vous il faut etre pret d'attendre + 7 jours pour la preparation de la commande et 5 jours min pour envoyer une commande .C'est vraiment honteux

I'm trying to place an order but no response for 5 days. Tried to contact them everywhere. Their Whatsapp number on their Facebook page is fake. It seems that this company isn't operating. MONTHS OF WORK TO CREATE A STORE WASTED BY THIS FAKE SUPPLIER!

Unfortunately, this company currently does not accept returns. Their explanation is that, due to changes in management and bank accounts, they “cannot activate the return function” for clients. They also state that “returns may be possible in the future, but they don’t know when.” This is a very vague and unprofessional response. They emphasize being a wholesale business, yet they expect customers to purchase without any option to return items. The reality is that as a wholesaler selling to end customers, we are legally obliged to accept returns under consumer protection laws—but this company refuses to take responsibility on their side. Very disappointing experience, not transparent, and not customer-friendly.

The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.
