My experience with this company was mixed. On the fulfillment side, the situation was very poor. There were lost orders, long delays, and some shipments took up to 45 days to arrive. This naturally led to refunds, customer complaints, and constant operational stress. In my case, the financial loss went beyond just the product cost. That said, I want to be fair,communication with my agent, Lucky, was consistently good. She was responsive, supportive, and clearly did her best to resolve issues. I’m sure it was a stressful period on her side as well. The company did refund all lost or problematic orders, which I appreciate. However, the indirect losses (time, refunds, customer trust) were still significant. In the end, if you decide to work with them, I strongly recommend closely monitoring your orders, especially in the beginning. If you stay on top of things, they will take care of you.
