My experience with this company was mixed. On the fulfillment side, the situation was very poor. There were lost orders, long delays, and some shipments took up to 45 days to arrive. This naturally led to refunds, customer complaints, and constant operational stress. In my case, the financial loss went beyond just the product cost. That said, I want to be fair,communication with my agent, Lucky, was consistently good. She was responsive, supportive, and clearly did her best to resolve issues. I’m sure it was a stressful period on her side as well. The company did refund all lost or problematic orders, which I appreciate. However, the indirect losses (time, refunds, customer trust) were still significant. In the end, if you decide to work with them, I strongly recommend closely monitoring your orders, especially in the beginning. If you stay on top of things, they will take care of you.

Trabajar con Hannah en MaxDropshipping ha sido una experiencia excelente. Desde el primer momento ha demostrado ser muy profesional, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesito para mi tienda. La comunicación con ella es muy clara y rápida, lo que hace que todo el proceso sea mucho más sencillo. Siempre responde a mis dudas con rapidez y se nota que realmente se preocupa por que los pedidos se gestionen correctamente y que los clientes reciban un buen servicio. Da mucha tranquilidad trabajar con alguien tan responsable y comprometida. Sin duda recomiendo trabajar con Hannah si buscas a alguien fiable y que se involucre de verdad en el éxito de tu negocio.

Zero starts! Absolutely the worst company to work with! For Black Friday they have waited 13 days to notify me that they are unable to fullfil orders due to lack of inventory at the manufacturers. All my orders were late 14-21 days. Some customers got their orders in January! Needless to say I had to give numerous refunds and semi-refunds for late delivery. I almost lost my shopify store because of the chargebacks. Stay away from this dropshipper!!!

Notification timing – As soon as our manufacturer informed us about the inventory shortage that could affect certain Black Friday orders, our agent reached out to you directly to notify you of the situation. We did not wait 13 days to communicate this. We have records showing that our team contacted you promptly once we were made aware of the issue. 2. Compensation provided – For the orders that led to refund requests from your customers, we did provide compensation to you as the dropshipper, including partial and full refunds for the affected transactions. Our goal was to help reduce the financial impact on your store. 3. No intention to delay or hide information – We fully recognize that during peak seasons like Black Friday, every hour counts. The inventory challenge came from our manufacturer, and we passed that information to you as early as possible through our agent. We never intended to hide anything from you or cause any harm to your store. Once again, we sincerely regret that this situation caused delays, refunds, and stress for you. Since then, we have already improved our supplier monitoring system to better prevent similar issues in the future. We respect your right to share your real experience, and we also want to assure you and other dropshippers reading this that we take our responsibilities seriously — we communicated the issue on time via agent, we provided refund compensations, and we are always learning from every situation to serve our clients better. An amazing app with amazing people behind it, the team is incredibly supportive and always dedicated, just send them a picture of the product you want through their WhatsApp, and they’ll take care of the rest.
