Honestly, this app has made our fulfillment so much easier. We were a bit worried about the setup at first, but it turned out to be way simpler than expected and works great with our Shopify store. Orders just get handled quickly and we haven't run into any issues. But I really have to mention Hannah from their support team. She was so helpful and patient with all my questions (and I had a lot of them). She didn't rush me at all and made sure everything was set up properly before we wrapped up. You can tell she actually cares about helping you out, which doesn't happen a lot these days. Definitely recommend giving this app a try if you're looking for something reliable. Thanks again, Hannah!
