Excellent app for boosting customer confidence. Definitely recommend it for everybody !!! Very responsive to my emails. Good service. Thank you!!! EDIT: After more than 2 years, I asked for their assistance with an issue only to realize that their Support Team is still top notch. Also, I feel I should emphasize how important it is that they are continously adding more features. This is invaluable !!!

The issues with customer service has been taken care of. The app is working as it is designed to. Customer Service and the Sales team seem to be on the same page as on 9-8-2015.

Get it, make sure you mention you have a shopify store, get the special pricing put the logo everywhere you need it near product add to cart button near cart checkout button on lower right of screen on front page of website the price is too good not to get it

Having that logo on the screen, especially with the current date, makes customers feel much safer while shopping at my store. I have already noticed a 20% decrease in shopping cart abandonment.
