Finding and removing thousands of unwanted duplicate images was a hassle, until I found this app. It has been very useful in tracking down unused images, selecting them and removing them in batches. The developers even changed the batch limit for me from 100 to 1000 files a time, to make sure the process was quick and easy. Much appreciated tool and very helpful people.

Not working at all. May be a virus. I could not remove it from my store. I will send a complaint to Shopify if you do not remove this virus from my store.

It appears you may have navigated away from the app while the scan was initializing, which can make it seem like the app isn't working. Media Cleanup is a legitimate Shopify-approved app that helps merchants identify and clean up unused media files. It cannot access or modify anything without your explicit action. Our records show the app was successfully uninstalled from your store on January 23rd, so it is completely removed. I'd genuinely like to understand what went wrong and make it right.
