Seit einigen Jahren lasse ich Kunstdrucke meiner Bilder anfertigen und habe vieles ausprobiert – doch die Qualität von Merch One hat mich wirklich beeindruckt! Die Leinwände sind hochwertig, die Drucke sehr originalgetreu, und auch die Schattenfugenrahmen wirken edel und professionell. Auch die Premiumdecke überzeugt: kuschelig, hochwertig, pflegeleicht und kein statisches Aufladen. Top Preis-Leistung – eine klare Empfehlung von Herzen!

I have been working with Merchone for over a year now and am completely satisfied. They have great products and ship the goods really, really quickly. If there is an error in printing or if the product is faulty, it is immediately remade. The support is very fast, competent, friendly and reliable. Overall, super happy with Merch One. It is a good plug in, and offers a great value in products. I was searching for a POD co. That would easily add to my Shopify platform and handle the shipping at a reasonable rate. This was the best solution I found. The print quality I can happily stand behind ( and I am very picky) I have found a few issues with the mock ups and renderings, but have worked around those issues. I have communicated with Merch one on the issues, and they are working on it. If you are looking for a good printer, with reliable quality, standard shipping rates and a good product offering. Merch One is the best out there!

Mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Produkten und über fünf Jahren Erfahrung mit Merchone (früher Picanova) können wir diesen Anbieter nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach top. Die Produktion erfolgt in Deutschland, und die Lieferung dauert im Optimalfall nur ein bis zwei Tage – bei höherer Auslastung, beispielsweise durch die Post, sind es maximal zwei bis vier Tage. Der Service ist hervorragend, mit regelmäßigen Updates und stetigen Weiterentwicklungen. Nach fast fünf Jahren und der Nutzung in mehreren Shops können wir Merchone uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

In unserer ersten uns ungeprüften Bewertung gingen wir fälschlicherweise davon aus, dass es zu Preisänderungen gekommen sei. Dies war jedoch ein Fehler unsererseits, der auf einer internen Fehlkalkulation basierte. In diesen fünf Jahren haben wir die beeindruckende Entwicklung von Merchone miterlebt. Es wurden zahlreiche Optimierungen und Neuerungen eingeführt, die die Zusammenarbeit stetig verbessert haben. Der regelmäßige und direkte Austausch mit dem Support war immer lösungsorientiert und effizient. Zudem wurden auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, beispielsweise durch individuelle Preisnachlässe, die uns erheblich geholfen haben. This app doesn't work at all. Every step has more and more issues and the integrations are a nightmare. I don't know how anyone could work with this platform.

In the case of Customily integration, merchOne products should be published to your Shopify store through the Customily App. This is why products cannot be published directly from the merchOne interface. I'm starting to think that the positive reviews here are fake, none of the stores seem to exist or be active any more. My experience so far is very negative and I'm wondering how other businesses could run using this platform. The mockups generation doesn't work at all, so you'll have to create all the mockups manually yourself. And depending on what kind of product variants you intend to sell, you'll have to create 2 different products just because the sizes are split in the merchOne platform. So you end up having e.g. one product in 3 sizes and another in 2 further sizes. This makes no sense from a customer perspective. These are absolute killer criteria with wich I've already lost too much time, and any other provider such as Printful, Printify or Gelato is here much better (despite being more expensive as well).

Von der Qualität bis zum Support alles Top. Bei Fragen wird innerhalb eines Tages geantwortet, die Lieferzeiten sind so wie vorgegeben und an der Qualität der Produkte ist sowieso nichts auszusetzen.

Ich verwende die Picanova-App auf Shopify und bin sehr beeindruckt von ihrer Leistung. Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und hat viele Funktionen, mit denen ich meine Produkte schnell und einfach drucken kann. Auch der Kundenservice ist hervorragend - sie reagieren immer schnell und beantworten alle meine Fragen. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Picanova-App sehr zufrieden und würde sie jedem empfehlen, der eine zuverlässige Print-on-Demand-Lösung sucht.

Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far

We are working with Picanova already for about two years, the App reliefs a lot of work for Shop owners because the print on demand functions automatically and the customer services reacts in an extrem speed. We never got dissapointed and you always have great support for any requests. The App itself is perfectly interactive and you understand the principle quickly. It gave us a lot of time back that we can now focus on Marketing and other projects for our Shop. The products always have a high quality and the print is excelent. We can highly recommend to try the Picanova App, it will help you reach a new milestone.

We've been working with picanova for approximately 1.5 years now. We started off with an manual approach using their B2B portal. After a year of learning, expanding and developing we are highly motivated do continue our growth using the automated API connection. Once you've reach a curtain volume you will get a sales account assigned supporting your endeavors. The support's been great so far. Pricing and terms seem to be reasonably fair. We also trust in the quality of their products. It's not that the products are flawless, but if you'll encounter any issues, the replacement or refund is more than customer friendly. A true hidden champion.

Wir haben die App seit ca. 1 Monat in Verwendung. Aktuell bieten wir das Produkt (Passepartout) in unserem Shop an und ich hab auch bereits 4 Muster bestellt und erhalten. Die Qualität der Produkte ist sehr gut. Sie wirken echt sehr hochwertig und auch der Druck ist sehr schön. Zudem sind sie gut verpackt damit sie auch beim Transport geschützt bleiben. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell (ca. 4-5 Tage inkl. Produktionszeit) Alles in allem, TOP!
