First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.

Volle Punktzahl. Ich nutze Picanova in einem neuen Shop, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf personalisierte Leinwände. Bestellungen werden i.d.R. innerhalb eines Werktages bearbeitet/versendet. Ich kann also guten Gewissens eine Gesamtlieferzeit von 2-4 Werktagen angeben. Das hat bisher immer gepasst. Qualität: Top! Bisher gab es ausschließlich positives Kunden-Feedback und 5-Sterne Reviews. Sample Bestellungen bestätigen den Eindruck. Preise: Die Preise für Leinwände sind sehr gut und lassen gesunde Margen zu. Service/Support: Ich hatte von Anfang an einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, der mir bei einigen Fragen auch schon weiterhelfen konnte. Würde ich als vorbildlich bezeichnen. Fazit: Bei meiner E-Com Reise ging es bisher selten so entspannt und reibungslos zu wie mit Picanova. Von daher kann ich diesen Anbieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gute Preise im Vergleich zu anderen deutschen Anbietern und sehr stabile Verpackung, z.B. für Tassen. Bin auch mit den Produktionszeiten zufrieden

The app is very easy to set up and use. The provided video for the setup also helps to configure the shipping method perfectly. The support is extremely helpful and interested in the customer feedback. We will gladly rely on Picanova to scale our business and expand our collaboration.

If I understand the terms of service when you install their app. When you upload your artwork to their app. You grant them unlicensed and royalty free agreement for them to do whatever they want with the artwork. That means they can sell it on their own website with giving any kind of commission for it. I don't agree with that.
Thank you for your review. to clarify the "royalty-free "part of our terms and conditions mentioned in your review. Client Right to Grant License (# 5.1) This basically means that you ensure that you have received the permission from your customer to print the picture. Please note this is a general agreement which covers different use cases, including for instance end customer uploading their pictures through our partners websites. Limited License to End-Customer and Transaction Information (5.2) This is to give Picanova the possibility to carry out pre-printing, printing and fulfillment operations. Just to make you an example: when you upload your motive and you configure it, out of it we will need to generate the relevant print file which implies to crop, add margins, etc. - so by accepting this terms you are just allowing us to make sure that your print file will be generated and your order will be processed. Limited License to Clients Intellectual Property (5.3) In some cases, for example for canvases, we print our partners logo on the artwork backside. This is obviously appreciated by our customers, but since they own their brands, they have to explicitly grant us the permission to do so. So, I would like to reinsure you that we are not distributing or selling in any way our partners artworks. We know they are your most precious asset!

My personal experience with Picanova is simply incredible for almost 2 years now. I challenge you to find an equal quality of work at this rate of pricing with such a professional support. Shahin, who is my B2B-API agent at Picanova is so helpful in so many ways, and is able to provide solutions when I need one, even during the week ends. With time he became a loyal and strong partner but also a friend. I'm grateful for all these business opportunities and thanks to Picanova for such a great API solution. Victor.

We are working with Picanova since six months now. Quality of products is great, shipping is fast. In case of issues customer service is responsive and provides the most comfortable solution for our customer. Great to have an App for Shopify now, too!

I have been using several other print providers, such as printify and printful, and picanova is by far the most reliable print provider out of all of them. Not only do you have a great customer service agent who actually cares about your business but you also get the best prices possible in the industry. I can highly recommend picanova and with this service and quality, they will be one of the top ones for sure.
