Superb app ! We have been using this from last week and performance is amazing. Seamless integration with Shopify, Awesome UX and amazing rates and such a good customer support. Highly recommend it !!

Product is simple, intuitive interface, and the Shopify integration works flawlessly. Syncing existing Shopify segments and automations is smooth, making it one of the strongest Shopify integrations available. The onboarding team is supportive, quick to act, ensuring campaigns are going live faster. I enjoyed their speed, promptness and delivery promise. Overall, the product and teams are agile, receptive to feedback, fast to implement changes with a fast support system in place. So far enjoyed working with them!

Mercuri has a user-friendly interface, reliable support and seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog and start selling products on WhatsApp. Many of the main-stream WhatsApp service providers do not provide requisite support, that was one of the main reasons for us to switch to Mercuri. The product is currently new and advanced features are under development, looking forward to upcoming updates.

We've been using Mercuri since 2021, starting with our Wix site, and recently migrated to Shopify. The transition was seamless, thanks to their team. Mercuri has transformed how we manage appointments - from automated booking confirmations, reminders and order notifications to recovering abandoned bookings and carts through WhatsApp and SMS. The AI support agents handle common questions like "What are your hours?" and "Can I reschedule?" 24/7, which has significantly reduced no-shows and freed up our staff. Beyond the product itself, the founder has personally worked with us to plan and execute booking campaigns to fill slow periods and re-engage past clients. Excellent product for ecommerce and appointment-based businesses, outstanding support, and a great team.

Very easy to set up WhatsApp widget in your website and launch marketing campaigns. The support is excellent—the founder personally guided me through the setup. The pricing model is also great to start with, since you only pay for what you use. Highly recommended.
