I was trying and experimenting with merging my products and suddenly the free credits were quickly depleted. I don't like their credit system, I was really excited to use it to merge a lot of products. I didn't even have time to learn how to use the app.

You can actually experiment with the merging process indefinitely for free without using credits - credits are only consumed when saving a merged product.
