MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take advantage of those additional features. I'd like to see support hours expand to include regular Eastern Time working hours, but this has been only a slight inconvenience.

Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should. I have no qualms about reaching out if I need an adjustment. Or if I wanted to expand my use of the app. Highly recommend.
