Clark is very helpful. I installed this app a year ago, it done what I wanted but after a year I noticed several things I wanted to see could be improved. I messaged Clark and he jumped on even after hours and started going to work on my concerns. I even stepped away for over an hour and he was still on line waiting for me to get back with him to ensure he has resolved all my concerns. Top notch service from Clark for sure.

Very abruptly the app was no longer accessible and clients were unable to schedule appointments on the website. This was a very untimely occurrence as it happened during the busiest time for appointment scheduling for the holidays and left me scrambling for a replacement. I did send a message regarding the errors but did not receive a response until Monday. The issue was resolved. Since this is the only app that meets my appointment needs, it is great to have it up and running again.

I love this App, does just what I need it to do for my business. I had a question about a feature on the App and the service response was quick and helpful. A perfect experience.

Clark’s customer service was outstanding. I’ve used several apps over the years and his response time, and service was far and away the best I’ve experienced.

I think the app is probably good and Clark via did reply but installation for a layperson is not easy. Its a busy time of season but customer service was short and far from helpful. Frustrating but 'tis the season I guess
We always provide timely support but it should not be expected that we can reply every minute, on the minute; your original request came in before we were even open for business. The app was working as you requested and we even went the extra step to setup an example for you.

Highly recommend! App is really easy to use for clients and can be customised to match themes. Support team are great - very helpful and quick response times. 10/10

They made an update to the app, now it doesn't work and their support is non existent. It says that they reply in 3 minutes or less, it's been over 12 hours and nothing. I wrote to them during business hours and so far no word from anyone on their team. Prior to their update, the app was ok, and it did what it had to. Now it doens't work at all, so even when peopel do schedule a call you can't see it and you end up just getting angry customers saying that no one is calling them. Stay away from this app.

Needed supported on fixing the overlay text which was not clear once appointment had been booked by Customer. Provided details to Clark who was able to understand my needs and fix very quickly! Couldn't be happier with the service provided

Customer service was fantastic. Only problem that I run into with this app is that I was unable to implement this tool myself through my preferred products pages ... not the most user friendly and essentially makes you depend upon customer service to do the work for you. Still works well and the results I have are pretty good. So all in all, 4 stars.

Just started using this app and the support has been amazing. I had trouble installing it and with the chat feature was able to quickly remedy my mistakes and have it working correctly!

Clark is absolutely amazing. I have been having some issues getting started and he has been patient with me, and helped every step of the way. I am keeping this scheduling app mainly because of his help and ability to assist me getting things set up. I hope to always be able to connect with Clark when I need help. He is the best!

I am NOT a computer savvy person yet I was able to add this app to my site. I got stuck with applying times correctly and I reached out in the Chat for help. Clarke was helpful in getting me set up and explained where the snag was. I am a happy customer!

Clark from customer service did a great job helping me add some customization to the app. I'd still be scratching my head trying to add it to the navigation otherwise!
