AIRWINKS review for Microsoft Channel
I created a Microsoft Ads account after advertising on Google and Meta for more than two years without any major issues. I thought Microsoft Ads might be a good additional platform, especially because many businesses seem to ignore it. That turned out to be a mistake. My account was suspended within seconds of creation. After suspending it, Microsoft sent me an automated email asking me to verify my identity. I submitted the required documents and completed the verification successfully. Even after being verified, my account remained blocked. I contacted Microsoft Ads support multiple times, expecting at least a proper explanation. Instead, I kept receiving the same useless response that the account would remain blocked, with no real reason, no transparency, and no meaningful support. This is one of the worst advertising platform experiences I have ever had. Google and Meta may have their issues, but at least there is usually some process, explanation, or way to understand what went wrong. With Microsoft Ads, the experience feels completely automated, careless, and unfair. Suspending an account instantly, asking for identity verification, approving the verification, and then still keeping the account blocked without explanation makes no sense. It wastes the advertiser’s time and shows a serious lack of respect for businesses trying to use their platform. Microsoft Ads support was disappointing, unhelpful, and robotic. If this is how they treat new advertisers, it explains why many businesses do not bother with Microsoft Ads. Very poor experience. I would not recommend Microsoft Ads to any serious advertiser unless they are ready to deal with random suspensions, automated replies, and zero accountability.
