I suddenly started getting a 403 error in my shopify that forbid access to clarity. i don't know why...
Hi Yummand! We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary service outage that caused the 403 access error. The issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to access Clarity from your Shopify store as usual. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact [email protected] with your project ID and shop URL so we can assist you further.
Unable to figure out why people are droping off. I can watch the recording all day but it would be great for some text to display and say what is going on.
That there's no support available. I've repeatedly emailed microsoft to help me set up the brand agent. I get zero response. So mind you, the recordings are okay - hence the 2 stars, but engaging with microsoft to be a beta tester to improve THEIR product is not possible. I just get ignored..
