Microsoft Clarity in all is good. But for being microsoft it is very undeveloped. Have gotten no respons from customer service. There are a lot of bugs. Like you can't export the data in this app (even though there is an export data)

They added to cart, but what have they done after that--I do not see this data or recording. I want to see how many people dropped from Add to cart & how many people dropped off before checkout. If you had like a journey & a clear map of how many people dropped off & where, that'd be gold for the marketers.
