Llevamos apenas un día usándolo, así que todavía es muy pronto para hacer una reseña completa. Pero hasta ahora, todo muy bien. Desde el primer día ya nos ha sido de mucha ayuda. Se nota que esta herramienta nos va a ayudar muchísimo a mejorar y maximizar nuestra tasa de conversión. Tenemos muchas ganas de ver los resultados a largo plazo.

The app said it wasn't a chatbot. It was. Then it began injecting code into the customer comment form. That means it was live when a customer was paying if it was able to inject code on the page. Totally unprofessional and a serious security concern. I will switch to adding the code lower down in the code. The chatbot seemed very good by the way, but I am not taking security risks.
