This app worked well in the first month, but then it showed the installation guide authentication . The issue is that there’s no option to resend the confirmation email. Since we were busy running ads, we missed the first confirmation email, and now the session expired but they haven’t sent a new one

Works great! I love the update emails and it has helped me find dead links. I used Clarity before it was a Shopify app, and I went ahead and installed the shopify app for simpler management and it was as easy as approving the connection by clicking a link in an email.

Can't even get past the "send confirmation email" to connect a project...

I started out using Microsoft Clarity with a code snippit and it's greta insights on how they move through your site. When I received a sale and tried to find the recording of how the customer used the site I realized they used the SHOP app and it didn't record the session. I recently found out that Shopify as "Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights" app in the shopify store and now records the SHOP sessions too. Fantastic!

we use clarity to keep an eye on how people are using our website, especially the search functions, and to get an idea of where they're dropping off. it's intuitive and useful and we're grateful that it is free

diffict to install - wants a microsoft advertising account setup - everything is hidden. You don't make t easy to install a simple app
