App not as described. Does not achieve 30% reduction of photos. In my case, an average of less than 12% reduction, which I found out only after paying. Tech support very slow to respond (days and days). They offered to refund my payment b/c I felt they drastically misrepresented their product, but never heard back. Would not recommend at all.

I knew that i needed to reduce my images and change the names and alt tags but it seemed like a huge job that I kept putting it off. I came across this app by accident and in less than a five minutes I have all my my images reduced total of 15MB and re-named for seo. I attempted to contact Support at Minifier before posting this, but after waiting over a week without any response, I'm going ahead with this review. Minifier touted its features well and even when processing our images for our Shopify store it appeared to be doing all it promoted. However, we ran a Google Page Speed test immediately before and after and Google still recommends image optimization. We saw a 1 point improvement in our Google scores, even though Minifier reported up to 80% savings in file sizes. I just don't see any value in this product. We'll try something else.

Great optimization tool. Much easier than doing each manually.

The Minifier works well, and seemed to process images and shrink them. Shows a nice history of optimizations performed or cancelled, how many images were updated, and the savings in size. We reduced by 45% and it was easy and time saving compared to updating each image manually.

Richards Guitars gives this a BIG thumbs up. I have been taking all my own imaged now for several years and I just saved a wopping 400 MB of image memory!!!! 400MB!! I can already see visually my site is loading dramatically quicker and will keep a close eye on bounce rate, page views etc and ultimately, fingers crossed, conversion ratios improving!
