Nice App. Overall customer support from Shafta and Riya was amazing.I really enjoy the fact that I can promote my discounts through the logo and promotion in the brand kit. The music choices are my favorites and the templates are very professional. I only wish we could add unlimited text when creating the video s. Otherwise Minta is the best option for small businesses on a budget which is why I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars.

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. 5 STARS. I had a small issue at 1st. Avrham set up a video meeting to discuss my issue and resolved it immediately. I love using the service. It gets my store alot of views. I would suggest it for anyone struggling with sales.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing. Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme. When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.
