WARNING! If you are also putting out your own content do not use this! Especially the $5 plan the repetitive posting of product images kills you account analytics. By having so many low quality posts ithe algorithm suppresses the actual posts you work hard to make!
The app works in concept, but the video quality is very disappointing. The videos look generic, low-quality, and not professional enough for a serious Shopify store or paid advertising. I expected more polished and visually appealing content, but the results did not meet my expectations. The app needs major improvement in video design, quality, and customization before I could recommend it.
Make sure to uninstall this app if you aren't using it. I installed this app in November 2023 and haven't opened it since. I noticed that I suddenly started getting costly "usage" charges on my monthly bills in June/July 2024 despite having not opened the app or used it once. Reached out to support and they said they were unable to refund, but also couldn't specify what I was being charged for. *Edit: after getting forwarded to a supervisor the charges were reversed. Sounds like there was a bug that's since been fixed.

Minta videos are beautiful, but the app has glitches. Support is good, but we spent a lot of time communicating with them trying to get these glitches fixed. Types of glitches: edits would not take. We would edit the videos prior to scheduling, and the edits would not show when posted. Scheduling would not work. We would schedule, and these would show on the planner but never post. Our settings were set up correctly. Finally though, although we paid for a full year in September twice our account has been moved back to free status - this time instead of asking for our subscription back or a refund (which they won't give) and going back and forth about the glitches we un installed and are calling this a business loss.

Response time is very slow. It takes hours just for a simple response. Not sure if anyone works there. Still waiting on a response from earlier in the day. I pay to download videos and they do not fully download after clearing cache. I was also informed that I could still be charged for a video download even if it does not download the entire video. It’s been 3 days and my issue has not been resolved. They keep asking me to download and screenshot the same information. I am spending to much time trying to resolve my issue and not working and running my business.

I couldn make it posting any videos , maybe upgrade version is better but cant trust cz the video coulnd open

The videos are cute but they definitely do NOT use AI to find your best sellers. Some of these videos are showing items that are on draft status and haven't even been manufactured or sold yet. Defeats the whole purpose of this app. Disappointing.
