This tool is fantastic! only started using it a couple days ago and I already got so much value out of it! Created like 20 product videos and will soon auto post to my social media accounts :D

I’ve always liked Minta’s concept and product when it works—but the platform has been plagued by persistent technical issues. A recent app update broke auto-posting and locked me out of my account settings. Reconnecting my social accounts led to an endless loop prompting me to repurchase a plan I had already paid for. Initially, support responses were slow and confusing, and the development team's promised fixes never materialized. To their credit, after I left my original review, Minta’s Customer Care Supervisor reached out directly and is taking earnest steps toward resolution. I appreciate the gesture—it shows they’re making a genuine effort to set things right. However, the fact that it took so long to escalate and address such a fundamental service lapse remains concerning. Minta has potential, but technical reliability and customer support still need serious improvement. If they continue to follow through, I’ll consider updating this further.

This app is amazing. The fact that I don’t know that much about posting ads is saying a lot. Minta makes it easy for you to post on all of your social media platforms without having the hassle to do it more than once. It’s a time saver. Also, they have a planner that you can schedule your post on a specific date and time. I really need this app. And you save a lot of money on marketing. Try this app you will not be disappointed.Also, Ask for Alex if you have any problems. He is simply the best and he goes out of his way to make sure he has solved your problem. He is simply the best. Also, Vladimir is amazing also. After having issues with the app. He sent a detailed email explaining exactly what was going on with the app. And that they are working hard to fix the problem. He credited me a refund for the previous month. That was so kind of him. But I will continue to use this app. It’s the best one out there.

UPDATE: Eric promptly addressed my concerns regarding poor customer service, demonstrating his exceptional responsiveness. His accommodating nature and unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to his efforts, my issue has been successfully resolved, and I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service and support provided by the entire MINTA team. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service experience. Responses were consistently delayed or non-existent! The company failed to fulfill their promise of resolving my issue. I lost all the content I had created and paid for before the app update!

Eric, ist echt super. Es ist zwar Verbesserungsfähig, aber für den Anfang echt toll gemacht, es müssten mehr Vorlagen geben, man sollte auch mehr Text dazu schreiben können. Produkte Markieren und das der Preis sichtbar ist. Wir lieben die App, aber es muss noch viel gemacht werden, Danke

This is one of the best video app on shopify. One thing the free plan should have more free viedos pre month. But beside that this is a good app.

Its a great app for quick and easy customised videos for your products. However it would be even better if the videos were actually a little longer hence the 4 Star rating. Otherwise its great to use

Another Update: After working with them and them being responsive, their software broke and has been some days since. Their explanation is that it’s a Facebook issue. I’d spent a great deal of time getting familiar so that I could set up a month of planned posts and promos for my store. I got no warning there was an issue and even after not much in the way of updates, by that I mean 0 updates. No other software I use had been ‘broken’ by a Facebook update. I have worked in the tech field for over 20 years and know it generally does not take more than 48 hours for companies like Facebook and Apple to correct app breaking issues. What appears is these guys contacted the lot of us to get their reviews back up and then have left us high and dry. I’m dropping my review back to 3 stars and will drop it again if I’m still having the same issue by Monday. Really sad if this is now a new company doing the same thing. If it’s not Facebook then tell your customers what’s happening and be responsive as you were when you were trying to get me to change the review. They were nice enough to extend the free trial but if it doesn’t work if the software doesn’t work. ———————— Minta has been taken over by a new company who reached out to let me know they would be the beginning in a new era of customer service excellence. So far they have been super responsive and helpful! Excited to work with them to grow our site and business! Previous: This is not for the software but for the customer service. I tried it, canceled and went to look at a few others before I decided. I decided I’d go with Minta and asked if they had any New Year deals…it’s been 4 days and not a word. This concerns me because if I needed help, this is how they handle customer service. I;m a small business and we all here know time is money. Won’t sign up with someone who can’t answer one simple question.
