I’ve always liked Minta’s concept and product when it works—but the platform has been plagued by persistent technical issues. A recent app update broke auto-posting and locked me out of my account settings. Reconnecting my social accounts led to an endless loop prompting me to repurchase a plan I had already paid for. Initially, support responses were slow and confusing, and the development team's promised fixes never materialized. To their credit, after I left my original review, Minta’s Customer Care Supervisor reached out directly and is taking earnest steps toward resolution. I appreciate the gesture—it shows they’re making a genuine effort to set things right. However, the fact that it took so long to escalate and address such a fundamental service lapse remains concerning. Minta has potential, but technical reliability and customer support still need serious improvement. If they continue to follow through, I’ll consider updating this further.

This app is amazing. The fact that I don’t know that much about posting ads is saying a lot. Minta makes it easy for you to post on all of your social media platforms without having the hassle to do it more than once. It’s a time saver. Also, they have a planner that you can schedule your post on a specific date and time. I really need this app. And you save a lot of money on marketing. Try this app you will not be disappointed.Also, Ask for Alex if you have any problems. He is simply the best and he goes out of his way to make sure he has solved your problem. He is simply the best. Also, Vladimir is amazing also. After having issues with the app. He sent a detailed email explaining exactly what was going on with the app. And that they are working hard to fix the problem. He credited me a refund for the previous month. That was so kind of him. But I will continue to use this app. It’s the best one out there.

Thanks to his efforts, my issue has been successfully resolved, and I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service and support provided by the entire MINTA team. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service experience. Responses were consistently delayed or non-existent! The company failed to fulfill their promise of resolving my issue. I lost all the content I had created and paid for before the app update!

Minta says i can use this app for free and this is not a bad app when I paid, we had a miss understanding and I was cut off but came back and fixed it so ok

I love it it's good for content especially for my clothing apparel. The videos are amazing of what is created based off your store/ catalog

I only would give 4 stars out of 5, Its a great little app, makes your life easier, simple to connect it to your store, but they should upload or refresh more songs or at least make `upload your own` as an available option. because if you use it daily then the songs are the same and same with no other options. :)

This app is pretty cool if takes the guess work out of creating catchy marketing. I love that I can use the design but chose the photos I want used.

The app is different and post to accounts very quickly. i would recommend this to any business needing help with making videos for their products.

Great service, nice overlays. Used free trial to begin but payd after it fro best quality for my company. Aslo the team behind is very kind.

I love the different ways to advertise with the app. There a ton of cool variations and the music is motivating. The only thing I do not like is when the app picks up the duplicate listing I am using to add another listing to my website. It is a draft so I do not understand how the App picks it up.
