We have a Connect account in the USA and Canada. The integration with our marketplaces via Shopify has been very stable and easy to manage. Orders reach our ERP system automatically. Payment processing has been painless. We have successfully on boarded with some major retailers in Canada and USA and watched our business grow. Support from our Mirakl account manager has been excellent. This a great tool to grow your ecomm business and have quick and effective communications with potential retail market places. It would take forever to find the proper contact in these large retailers and they take their marketplace business very seriously.
