We’ve had a good experience with Molin AI so far. The setup process was pretty simple, and the support team was responsive and helpful. Molin was really easy to set up and it worked immediately. Fewer shoppers are messaging my team with support questions now and I see that Molin can correctly answer almost all of them. AI Agents are definitely the future.

Integrating Molin into our shop has been amazing! I never thought that one day I'd have my own AI, but I do now :D The setup was super easy and we immediately saw a huge reduction in support. The AI's ability to understand and respond to questions is insane. I hate to say it, but a lot better than most of the humans out there...
