This app uses a workaround creating "Draft Orders" and so when we went live it created errors in our reporting and workflow for "Online Orders." Also, it was not working consistently and only half of our customers had the promotion added to their cart.
Update (June '23): The app now uses Shopify Functions instead of Draft Orders. We use Shopify's Draft Order mechanism because it provides incredible flexibility in the way offers can be set-up using Monk. A merchant can create multiple separate promotions like a gift with purchase, a few bundles as well as upsells/cross sell and all of them will work independently and seamlessly. In this specific case - the promotion was applied as per the rules configured within the app and the other half of customers that did not avail the promotion because they did not meet the eligibility criteria setup by the merchant.

Very flexible and easy to use app and awesome support. This is the best upsell, cross sell app I've found yet that support 90% of my use cases.

I love this app! I tried quite a few, but none seems to work as seemless as Monk - in particular when it comes to the drop down checkout experience. It was super easy to set up and integration was smooth. The support that is being provided is also amazing! And it offers great features. Only using one so far but keen to explore more ! Can warmly recommend this app!

Great support. Was not showing on Zeno page builder, quick chat with Support and it was fixed within 2 minutes(!!). So for all using Zeno -> Monk is your go-to upsell app.

I was having issues viewing the widget on my live store. Monk live-chat customer service helped me immediately over live chat. Now my widget looks great and does exactly what I was hoping it would.

I've tried a few apps similar to this, but this one is by far the best! Easy to setup, and free to use if your sales are under a certain amount. I did have an issue with it not working at first but Murtuza from customer support helped me and and it was solved the same day! Thanks Monk & Murtuza!

Great support! Resolved my issues quickly. Love the app. It's very easy to use and build offers. Can't wait to see what results it'll achieve for our store. Using the following funnels: progress bar, volume discounts and post-purchase sales. Update: Once again great support. Got my issues resolved swiftly. Also seen great results with increasing AOV using the progress bar funnel together with free shipping and free gifts. Highly recommend using this app!

First of all, Murtuza is the absolute greatest, helpful, knowledgable human on the planet. He's helped us out with numerous questions we've had and issues we've ran into. Speedy and responsive, and always offers a helpful solution. The app itself is really great and flexible, which we appreciate for our store. We've seen really great conversion boosts utilizing multiple funnels across the site. Highly recommend for the adaptability and customer service!
