I had been looking for a while for this type of app, I tried various apps but nothing compares to this one. Very user-friendly and easy to customise, and the free gift merged with my theme perfectly - which is rare. Customer service is very helpful!!

Fantastic service ! I had a little tech issue , but it was related to my theme not the app. I reached out to support and spoke with Murtuza. He was really helpful and sorted the issue within my theme in a matter of no time. I have switched to this app from another as the font set up in it was huge and looked ugly and it was taking them ages to sort out. Had problems with other apps too. This is free for me at the moment due to my order volume, but will happily pay moving forward once the order volume goes over 100. Now lets see the conversions and money roll in. Thanks again !

Monk app works very well. Very high level of support from the developers of Monk. Always open to change, innovations and feedback. They fix every issue at time and are always available. There is nothing negative to say. Excellent!

Had high hopes for this app. Their tech support was very responsive and they attempted to be as helpful as possible. They get an A+ for customer engagement. Unfortunately, I experienced limitations and glitches with the app that ended it's usefulness. During our use of the app our conversions were severely impacted - partly because we didn't realize it had shut off the ability to enter discounts. Talked to their tech support about it and they helped solve, but conversions continued to be very poor. Maybe it wasn't the app or maybe it was, but after uninstalling the app our conversions returned to normal. This app seems to be headed in the right direction but right now it seems like they need to refine it some more. This app might work for your setup but I would not recommend it at this time.

Fantastic app and fantastic support. Had a few issues when setting the app up and there support on live chat is really fast and got it up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to upsell there products. I had tried over 10 apps before this and none of them worked with bad support.
