Even when the app is de-activated and not in use, they will charge you almost $500 USD. Really poor experience.
There seems to have been an error in our system which considered the app to be active on your site for the past few months. We apologize that you were billed even though you did not make use of the app. Please see the e-mail we've written to you - we are going to process a 100% refund right away.

This app is my go-to for free gifts with a minimum purchase. It has been much more reliable compared to others I've tried. Support team is friendly and quick as well!
