LOVE Monk for free gifts/offers in cart and/or checkout pages. The intelligence of this app is great and the price even better! If you're shopping around, try MONK. Also, support is very responsive even for lower tier and they will actually take care of you right away which is huge!

App allows for an array of discounts that are much more robust than Shopify native functionality. Support is also quick and extremely helpful.
