The app has been very helpful to us especially at holiday time. The best aspect is actually the support team... most responsive app support of any we've used on this platform.

The support team has been extremely responsive, but are of little to no help. I have asked them for support many times in an attempt to get a discount setup, and they are happy to walk me through the setup, but it doesn't actually achieve the result I had asked for. i.e If you want to offer a buy one get one 50% off with multiple product choices, you can not do that. If you set it up in their system, it lets the customer "Buy one, get ALL of these products at 50% off" and they can purchase as many of those items as they want at 50% off. The app does work, however the customer service really does not listen to your needs which ends up wasting your time.

absolutely the best upsell app with SO MANY options - we use it with more than 7 different brands of ours and helps everywhere!

App charged me $40 without warning or explanation as to what even the charge was for, nor was I able to find any information in the app itself, even on the "billing" page. Unbelievable.
