Monk was easy to install and the integrations to customize the app to fit our website's aesthetic were seamless. I was able to add everything according to our brand guidelines, including special fonts and colors. Ravish was also super helpful and responsive while we were running tests to make sure the app works on mobile & web. I would definitely recommend the app to other digital specialists such as myself.

Great app, and great support. Thank you Priyasha for your help. For a store with a few orders the price is absolutely fine, but up to 1001 orders, it's quite expensive. Anyway, it works and really helps in order bumps and other functionalities.

So far the app works great, I look forward to exploring all aspects that this app has to offer. I'm using it to provide free gifts for Black Friday, and so far it's great. I love that I can run multiple gifts for different price brackets at the same time! What's even more amazing is the customer service. I was struggling with some aspects of the app and having it work as I had envisioned, and Jay replied to my message on a Sunday! Not only did he reply, and help walk me through the different options, he got on a video call with me help make the process that much easier. I mean, that's the best customer service I've come across. I certainly didn't expect anyone to be able to help me on the weekend never mind go out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Thank you Jay! === DON'T INSTALL THIS APP === Warning: Avoid downloading or trying this app! I subscribed, paid, and gained no benefit from my subscription to this app it was a total loss. The customer service is extremely poor. They keep you waiting for hours and ask you to add them as a collaborator account. Then, they request permissions to access orders and steal customer information, including their email addresses and phone numbers, during the time you’re waiting for them to fix the issue. They failed to resolve the problem, which was that the gift discount couldn't be applied correctly. The app also caused issues on the site, including confusing redirects that disrupted visitors and constant refreshes when adding products to the cart, significantly slowing down the website's performance.

This is the only app that can meet all the conditions we need for GWP. Faheed and his team are very helpful in solving all the issues I have when I'm panicking last minute while having so many tasks I still need to do. Fingers crossed everything goes well when our sale goes live!
