Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!
Update: 🥰 Great to work with you past weeks. Hoping its been a 5 star experience. As per previous response.. unfortunately this is how Shopify billing shows charges. I wish were able to change their systems.. however we are quite limited here - Lets get you some more upsells! -- This is how Shopify system charges with a base charge plus usage separate. This is in-line with our normal pricing listed in FAQs. Really sorry you received a general response message. This should have been communicated day one.
