I was going live with a promotion and I noticed the night before the drop downs were not working as I just upgraded to V2 of the app. The team were straight onto it and resolved it quickly. App is blocking the zoom feature on my store from working on mobile. I found this out by disabling all app embeds and restoring them one by one, testing the zoom feature each time. When I enabled this app, the zoom feature went away again. Reached out to customer service and that was useless. Decided to uninstall the app and found a free alternative while searching.

I just downloaded this app, actually started with another one but then swithced to this one becuase this one had more and better features such as the sticky add to cart combined with everything else. Had some issues setting it up but the support has been really quick and so far managed to solve everything I have asked for :) very satisfied!

I am very new to Monster Cart but over the last 2 weeks have needed help and clarification on a number of issues during a Mothers Day campaign. The response time was very quick and the advice was clear and concise making it very easy to implement the updates on my website. I've been so impressed with Monster Cart so far - the team are very helpful as well in quickly answering any set-up questions. I really like the added features that Monster cart have that I know don't exist in the other cart apps - Monster Cart for example have in-cart drawer scarcity timers and banner announcements. Fantastic!
