Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this APP. I contacted multiple times during the few months I had this about the dashboard never working the entire time, so I could never check any data. I also have just seen I've been charged multiple times for the same period even though its meant to be a monthly fee on the plan I was on and then also after I finally cancelled I have still been charged again yesterday for another month. I can't contact support now that I have uninstalled and shopify said I need to take the charges up with the app.
Hey team .. Just sent an email. We are in the process of migrating stores to V2 of Monster Cart for analytics. Love to get you sorted there as per conversation.
