Within 24 hours of our discussion, we worked diligently to get you an answer, as shown in this attached image: https://prnt.sc/jfCpw15Tyg3C Even before Shopify display this review, we have sent email to you and confirmed that our Board has verified everything you originally believed to be true - all initial features are indeed free, and the features marked as unlimited during the Early Bird period will remain unlimited, exactly as displayed on our official website and in-app pricing board. We also will always have a free plan even with or without having Pricing plan. What we do is sincerely from our hearts. We sincerely regret that our verification process caused you any anxiety or frustration that led to your review. We know waiting for confirmation can be unsettling, especially when it concerns your business planning. Now that we have confirmed everything aligns with what was promised, we would be grateful if you could consider reflecting this resolution in your review.
