The app is simple to set up and use. The support team is great. Mabel helped with any issues I had with set up and customization. She made sure I was happy with everything. She was great. I would definitely recommend this chatbot if you are looking for one.

Just installed MooseDesk app to enable an AI and Live Chat experience for our customers on our store. It was easy to set up, with user navigation very straight forward. Needed help putting our logo on the chat widget and on email notifications to customers and Thomas at MooseDesk was awesome -> very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and got it all sorted for us immediately. So far so good, we are off to a great start using MooseDesk.

Excellent support and great free plan! I've been working with the MooseDesk team (Thomas and Mabel) to set up the AI chatbot for my store, and the support has been outstanding. They helped me solve multiple customization issues: - Widget opening directly to chat (no intermediate menu) - Translating welcome message to Italian - Fixing z-index issue with site header - Setting up 53 FAQs and Q&A for edge cases Response time is incredibly fast (usually under 6 hours), and they escalate complex issues to their dev team immediately. The team is professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. The free plan is generous (100 AI replies/month + unlimited live chat) and perfect for stores getting started. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars Special thanks to Thomas and Mabel for their excellent support!
