I previously had some confusion regarding the pricing, but Anne from the support team followed up with me and resolved all my queries. Thank you for the support!
Dear Orgacia Store, We deeply understand your frustration and truly value the time you've taken to share your concerns with us. Let me update this issue for you. As discussed in our conversation yesterday, we have stated that our previous information about the Early Bird plan was outdated, and we wanted to ensure complete accuracy by obtaining confirmation from our Board of Directors. We have asked you to give us some time to get confirmation from them for accurate information. Within 24 hours of our discussion, we worked diligently to get you an answer, as shown in this attached image: https://prnt.sc/jfCpw15Tyg3C Even before Shopify display this review, we have sent email to you and confirmed that our Board has verified everything you originally believed to be true - all initial features are indeed free, and the features marked as unlimited during the Early Bird period will remain unlimited, exactly as displayed on our official website and in-app pricing board. We also will always have a free plan even with or without having Pricing plan. What we do is sincerely from our hearts. We sincerely regret that our verification process caused you any anxiety or frustration that led to your review. We know waiting for confirmation can be unsettling, especially when it concerns your business planning. Now that we have confirmed everything aligns with what was promised, we would be grateful if you could consider reflecting this resolution in your review. My experience with Moose is great. I was having trouble with the chat widget showing and contacted customer support. The Team Member who helped me resolve this problem was Anne. She is kind, and helpful, and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Moose for your chat services and for customers who truly value customer service.

MooseDesk literally makes customer support effortless. It's great for having live chat, email and social media all in one place - the best part? - IT'S FREEE! It wasn't hard to create the FAQ section either and the view of customers answering their own questions really reduced my workload very much. Further I can answer my messages through the mobile app and their customer service is exceptional. They've looked into all my queries and responded back with a solution really quick! Try it out if you want to level up your customer service!
