Just now installing it and Thomas was VERY quick to resolve a problem (that we had created) for us. We can appreciate how fast they are to help when there is an issue and look forward to using this app to increase our sales and be there for our customers in real time. Setting up the Chat AI function was easy and very straightforward.

In terms of both price and features, I think this app is the best fit for me! Also, a huge thank you to Paige for her help—she seems to be always online and is always able to resolve all my issues promptly. It’s been a fantastic experience!
The chatbot's AI responses are very good and often avoid the need for human intervention. The Instagram message retrieval could be improved, but the tool is comprehensive, especially with its FAQ page.
