I’ve been using MooseDesk for my support team, and it’s honestly a game changer. The AI Response Builder is incredibly smart, it helps us craft quick, accurate replies that still sound human. What I love most is how easy it is to manage everything in one place chat, tickets, FAQs, and automation tools all work together seamlessly. It’s clean, intuitive, and saves us so much time every day. MooseDesk doesn’t just help with responses, it actually improves how we communicate with customers. Highly recommended for any team that wants to work smarter, not harder!

I absolutely love the newly developed AI tool that can collect and organize content and policies across the entire website, while also automatically summarizing the information and techniques you use in your daily customer responses. I'm also very grateful for the assistance from Customer Support (MAbel). Their responses are incredibly prompt, and they handle issues very quickly.

Best AI chatbot & live chat service app available on shopify. Can't get any better than this (for FREE aswell). Customer service are always friendly and eager to help solve any issues. Mabel was a massive help in helping me with styling and unlocking the different widgets.
