Just downloaded this app today in hopes to offer better communication and access to potential and existing customers. So far so good and the customer service has been excellent and open to feedback about an email feature inquired about. Highly recommend this app :)

Surprinsingly a very good app, you can customize a lot and for custom stuff the team would help you. In my case, Mabel helped a lot so big thanks to her, she did a really great job. Also, you can make everything cleaner and more private so the widget and the shop don't look fake or advertising, make sure to check every section and setting to optimize it best for your shop.

This application is very intuitive and easy to use, and Thomas has been an incredible support throughout the process. The app itself is powerful, and with Thomas’ assistance, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution with excellent support. We also needed some custom adjustments for our setup, and Thomas was able to handle everything quickly and effectively. So far, the app has been fantastic and the potential benefits are very promising.

We've been using Shopify for a very long time as America's only Online Dollar Store and the Customer Support for this app is Absolutely Amazing. We will recommend this app to anyone.

I've only been using this app for a few days, but I must say: it's very powerful. The ease of setup, flexibility and, most importantly, the customer facing side is incredibly helpful. I have been using another bot for about 3 years and was happy with it, but wanted something native to shopify. I was nervous to switch, but couldn't be happier so far. On top of that, if you need help or have an issue...the chat support is NEXT LEVEL elite. Quick, thorough, open to suggestions and they will help get anything done you need. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Really happy with Moose so far! The app is super easy to use and does exactly what I needed for AI assistance on my Shopify store. Special thanks to Mabel for being incredibly helpful — she upgraded my quota quickly and explained everything very clearly. Great support and smooth experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone starting with AI on Shopify!
