Great Chat App with Excellent Support! I had a wonderful experience with this chat app. The support team was very helpful and guided me through the entire setup process quickly and professionally. The app provides great options for connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, along with a smart chatbot feature and real-time order status updates. It’s an excellent solution for improving customer communication and support. Highly recommended!

I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.

We absolutely love the MooseDesk Shopify app! It’s super easy to use and makes managing customer conversations and support tickets seamless for our Flaunters. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and perfect for keeping track of everything in one place.
