The app has some many features that you won't feel the need to ever use any other app. You can have faqs and all within the chat window. You can also train your AI chatbot or have your team respond to the messages themselves whatever is convenient. Also there are option to add Scratch Card and Spin Wheel which is a nice add on to boost sales.

Excellent support and a very helpful app. I had several questions about the AI chatbot, widget settings, language behavior, and human support flow, and Mabel was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
