Northwest Music review for Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

I was skeptical about using an app with so few reviews at the time, but the experience with the app and the developer team has been really great. This is, in fact, the 4th chat app that I've used on my Shopify store and the only one that has met all my needs - and my needs are really basic. Developer team is very responsive to questions and follow-up as promised. The only recommendation I have is for them to develop a fully functional mobile app. Pinning the chat admin webpage as an icon on my iphone is working ok, but I think they could add more features to an app. Definitely recommended!
