Moose AI Chatbot & Live Chat

It's a nice app

Wish you greater and greater success

One of the best shopify apps ever made and its free. Thanks To Mina and Donna i got better extra customizations.

Incredible app, incredible help from Donna over a weekend of all times, and it's free with Shopify. It is amazing and I now I'm going to be able to chat with website attendees much more quickly.

Helpdesk service responded quickly and provided us what file we needed to export. They are very accommodating. Thank you.

Had a great support from Donna. She helped me immediatly. :)

Donna from Moose’s support team has been absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me customise the chat feature for my brand, patiently working through every request I had (and there were a lot!). Her attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and couldn’t have asked for a better support experience.

Great customer service to get it looking exactly as I wanted! Thank you to Donna.
