I was skeptical about using an app with so few reviews at the time, but the experience with the app and the developer team has been really great. This is, in fact, the 4th chat app that I've used on my Shopify store and the only one that has met all my needs - and my needs are really basic. Developer team is very responsive to questions and follow-up as promised. The only recommendation I have is for them to develop a fully functional mobile app. Pinning the chat admin webpage as an icon on my iphone is working ok, but I think they could add more features to an app. Definitely recommended!

So far so good! Moose's Live Chat Widget was really easy to setup and allowed my store to have a clean aesthetic to it. The live chat, ticket system, and order tracking functionality is top notch. The customer support has also been splendid as I needed help with some manual coding. I'll definitely be continuing to use Moose for a long time.

Just installed the app while looking for a customer service chat solution, and so far, I’m pretty impressed. It offers a lot of features and customization options, and the fact that it’s currently free is a huge bonus. Anne was incredibly helpful and even answered my questions promptly on a Sunday. I’d definitely recommend this app

Je suis agréablement surpris de la facilité d'utilisation et du niveau de personnalisation pour une app gratuite. Anne m'a très bien renseigné en ce qui concerne l'intégration d'une page FAQ externe dans le cadre du live chat. Mon seul regret, ne pas avoir connu l'app auparavant !

Very much impressed by the quite elaborated solution built by Moose around a simple chat box. Great solution for SMB in my opinion. Support very reactive at any time of the day - special thanks to Thomas and Mia!
