Looks really promising so far! The interface is user-friendly, and the customer support from Thomas has been awesome, quick to respond and super helpful. Can’t wait to dive in and explore all the features!

This app is very intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, the help desk always responds kindly whenever I make an inquiry.

Just installed the app while looking for a customer service chat solution, and so far, I’m pretty impressed. It offers a lot of features and customization options, and the fact that it’s currently free is a huge bonus. Anne was incredibly helpful and even answered my questions promptly on a Sunday. I’d definitely recommend this app

Je suis agréablement surpris de la facilité d'utilisation et du niveau de personnalisation pour une app gratuite. Anne m'a très bien renseigné en ce qui concerne l'intégration d'une page FAQ externe dans le cadre du live chat. Mon seul regret, ne pas avoir connu l'app auparavant !

Very much impressed by the quite elaborated solution built by Moose around a simple chat box. Great solution for SMB in my opinion. Support very reactive at any time of the day - special thanks to Thomas and Mia!
