Absolutely Amazing, I can say one of the best app for help desk and ticketing system. I searched many app didn't get any comparison to this app in No charge. Also this app is giving customization feature in Free of cost and Mentioning one of the Moose Help desk team member @Anne. she is simply Awesome in support. Wish you all the best.

Amazing support from the team and lots of help with customisation of FAQs and the Chat widget. Unfortunately chat doesn't function as we needed it but will definitely keep the FAQs switched on as they look great. Thanks for your patient support Moose team :)

The app is great and cost-effective, with excellent customer service that is kind, patient, and truly listens to users—I really appreciate that! I received immediate support, which was fantastic. After installing the app a few days ago, I'm still learning, but I love the clean, simple, and intuitive dashboard that makes navigation easy and straightforward.

Compared to only two other helpdesk options in the app store, this one has the most responsive support team. The features are key and the team is welcoming and open to new ideas if you need a lil tweek or mod. The price of FREE is Ultra-awesome but Its a matter of time before they start charging for this. Yet with the support you get and how close they make it match to your requirements, it will be worth it.
