This application is very straightforward and easy to use especially with the help of their fast and knowledgeable support. Mabel has helped me so much and answer to all my queries with patience and clarify with me on any doubts that i have. She have make it a seamless experience for me. I absolutely love the newly developed AI tool that can collect and organize content and policies across the entire website, while also automatically summarizing the information and techniques you use in your daily customer responses. I'm also very grateful for the assistance from Customer Support (MAbel). Their responses are incredibly prompt, and they handle issues very quickly.

Best AI chatbot & live chat service app available on shopify. Can't get any better than this (for FREE aswell). Customer service are always friendly and eager to help solve any issues. Mabel was a massive help in helping me with styling and unlocking the different widgets.
